Galium incrassatum is a species of the red family(Rubiaceae).
features
Galium incrassatum is an annual stem thermophyte that reaches heights of 9 to 35 centimeters. The partial inflorescences are more or less dense. The 2 nodes under the main flower have 10 to 15 flowers. The flower stalks are strong, upright and stiff. The crown has a diameter of 0.8 to 1.6 millimeters and is reddish. The fruit is usually covered with protruding and more or less curved hair.
The flowering period extends from May to June.
Occurrence
Galium incrassatum is on Crete in the prefectures of Chania and Rethymno endemic . The species grows in Phrygana at altitudes from 0 to 500 meters.
