course

The Gallaunbach arises in the northern part of the municipality of Kainach near Voitsberg , in the southwest of the cadastral municipality of Gallmannsegg , west of the village of Gallmannsegg on the southeast slope of the Mandlkogel , northwest of the Gallaun farm. It first flows about 300 meters relatively straight to the south-east, before it swings into a relatively straight east course in an upper left-hand corner. Overall, the Gallaunbach flows to the southeast. At Gallmannsegg, directly west of the main road leading through the town, it joins the Kainach , which then turns left. On its course the Gallaunbach takes on one from the left and three small and unnamed watercourses coming from the right.
