The passage graves of Kinderballe 1 + 2 (also known as Knepholm, Tryggelev or Vester Kirkemark) are located south (No. 1) and southwest (No. 2) of Kinderballe near Tryggelev on the Danish island of Langeland . They date from the Neolithic around 3000 BC. And are megalithic systems of the funnel beaker culture (TBK). The passage grave is a form of Neolithic megalithic systems, which consists of a chamber and a structurally separated, lateral passage. This form is primarily found in Denmark, Germany and Scandinavia, as well as occasionally in France and the Netherlands.

Children Balle 1 is a passage grave ( Danish jættestue described) without hill, as the hill was already eroded mostly in the survey by the National Museum in 1933 and was not to be determined as long or round hill. The remaining hill is 3.0 m high and measures about 10.5 × 10.0 m. The north-west-south-east oriented, rectangular chamber measures 4.4 × 1.8 m inside, is 1.2 m high and has its entrance with two preserved supporting stones in the east. Twelve bearing stones of the chamber are preserved in situ . Three cap stones, two of which are supported by an iron structure, lie on top. The restored intermediate masonry was laid in cement.

The 1933 excavation revealed a dozen skulls, four spearheads, and a dagger made of flint , amber, and pottery shards. The most important finds are from the Funnel Beaker period, although some early Iron Age cremation materials were found.

Passage grave 2

The completely free-standing, west-east-oriented, rectangular chamber consists of five supporting stones (two have disappeared). There are two capstones, the eastern, partially rolled, has ten to twelve bowls . The western one is next to the chamber filled with reading stones .

The Landdysse and the Runddysse von Ormstrup are nearby .
