Gao Feng

Gao Feng ( Chinese  高峰 ; * February 2, 1982 in Liaoning Province ) is a former Chinese judoka who was third in the 2004 Olympic Games in the weight class up to 48 kilograms.

The 1.55 m tall Gao Feng won a bronze medal at the U20 World Championships in 2000. In 2001 she won the military world championships. At the 2003 World Championships in Osaka she lost to the Japanese Ryōko Tani in the semifinals , and she lost the fight for a bronze medal against the Cuban Danieska Carrión . In late 2003, Gao Feng won the World Military Games. At the 2004 Olympic Games in Athens, the Chinese lost to the French Frédérique Jossinet in the quarter-finals , and Gao Feng won a bronze medal with three wins in the round of hope.

In 2006 Gao Feng received the silver medal at the World Military Championships after losing in the final to the Romanian Alina Alexandra Dumitru . Three months later, she defeated the South Korean Kim Young-ran in the 2006 Asian Games final . In 2007 she won the World Military Games. At the team world championships 2007 Gao Feng won with the Chinese team. For the 2008 Summer Olympics, she could no longer qualify.
