The Gasherbrum VII is a 6955 m high peak in the Gasherbrum in Karakorum .
With a saddle height of 165 meters, it is not considered independent mountain, but as a side peak of Gasherbrum V . The mountain is also known as Gasherbrum V Northwest . The G VII lies on a ridge running in a north-south direction between G IV and G V. In front of it lie on a ridge that runs west towards Concordiaplatz , further secondary peaks: The double peak of the so-called Twins ( 6882 m ) as well as end point of this ridge a nameless summit, with 6446 m height at Concordiaplatz opposite the Miter peak to surmounted m 400th The Gasherbrum VII has never been climbed to this day.
