Gasthof zur Post (Erding)
The Gasthof zur Post in Erding , the district town of the Upper Bavarian district of Erding , was built in 1692. The inn on Friedrich-Fischer-Str. 6 is a protected architectural monument .
history
The inn was built at the end of the 17th century. The post office station with horse stables was once connected. The brewery and post office keepers Friedrich and Katharina Fischer managed the inn until 1890. They had no biological descendants and founded a charity with their property, which among other things maintains a home for the elderly. In 1945 the inn was damaged in an air raid, the substance was preserved. From 1978 to 1980 an extensive renovation took place. The inn will continue to be run in the old Bavarian tradition.

The two-storey corner building with a hipped roof and plaster structure has seven to eight window axes . The facade design with portal was renewed in 1816.
