Gateway Ridge (English for through ridge ) is a jagged and over 715 m high mountain ridge on the Anvers Island in the Palmer Archipelago off the west coast of the Antarctic Peninsula . It rises southeast of Mount Rennie and separates the Hooper Glacier from the William Glacier just before they confluence with Börgen Bay .
The Falkland Islands Dependencies Survey (FIDS) carried out surveys in 1944 and 1945. It is named after a snow-covered mountain saddle at its northern end, which is the only passage from one of the glaciers mentioned to the other.
