Gaylord Silly

Gaylord Silly (French: [siˈje]; * February 20, 1986 ) is a long-distance runner with French and Seychellois citizenship.

Life

Silly began his international career in 2007 by participating in the Indian Ocean Island Games in Antananarivo . In 2008 he was the only representative of the Seychelles to take part in the World Cross Country Championships . With a time of 43:03 minutes, he finished the men's twelve-kilometer race more than eight minutes behind the winner. In 2009, Silly took part in the World Half Marathon Championships before moving back to the World Cross Country Championships in 2010. He lives and works in France.
