Fuad Gbolahan Salami (born April 15, 1991 in Lagos ) is a Nigerian football player .

Career

Salami began his career in Nigeria, where he worked for the teams Sunshine Stars FC, Shooting Stars FC and Warri Wolves FC before joining FK Roter Stern Belgrade on loan .

For the 2016/17 season he moved to the Finnish first division to Kuopion PS and stayed there for two seasons (22 goals in 57 championship appearances).

After another stay in the first Kazakh league with Ertis Pawlodar with four goals in 17 games, Salami moved to the Turkish Aegean club Denizlispor . After only a few days, he left the association because, according to his own statement, he had not received the agreed bonus . The contract was terminated by mutual agreement.

National team

Salami played for the Nigerian U-20 and U-23 national soccer teams before making his debut on the Nigerian national soccer team in 2014 .
