Geber is an impact crater on the front of the moon west of Mare Nectaris , northwest of the Sacrobosco crater and southwest of Almanon . The crater is moderately eroded, the crater floor flat.

The crater was officially named by the IAU in 1935 after the Andalusian mathematician and astronomer Jabir ibn Aflah (Latinized Geber ).
