Gediminas Jankus

Gediminas Jankus (born May 21, 1951 in Kaunas , Lithuanian SSR ) is a Lithuanian politician.

Life

From 1983 to 1986 he studied Lituanistik at the Kaunas Faculty of the Vilniaus universitetas . In 2000 he graduated. From 1990 to 1994 he was chairman of the board of Lietuvos šaulių sąjunga , from 1991 to 1994 editor of the magazine "Trimitas". From 2000 to 2003 he was the first deputy mayor of Kaunas .
