In heraldry, winged is a term used to describe the figure represented with wings in the description of the coat of arms .

As all winged crest figures referred with wings that do not have wings in nature, but their heraldic representation deviates from this. These figures include people and angelic beings, heraldic and mythical animals, hats and helmets, things of everyday life such as wheels and arrows. It is shown with wings arranged in pairs, which may differ in the tincture . With a wing, the impeller can deviate. In humans, the arms are replaced by wings.
