The former homestead at Dammstrasse 20 in the town of Havelsee , in the Pritzerbe district, is a listed residential building with an associated former stable.
Building
The monument is a residential building, which stands along the eaves along Dammstrasse and at the gable on Pritzerber Hauptstrasse. The house has a basement and an attic that has been developed for residential purposes. The four-step flight of stairs to the main entrance has no handrail. The entire house is plastered. The base was painted brown. The rest of the plaster of the house is painted in a shade of yellow. The front door to Dammstrasse has two leaves with a large and a small door leaf . There is a skylight above the door leaves. The door is in a wooden frame . There are two unadorned windows to the right and left of the entrance. The only small noticeable thing is a frame-like, narrow, slightly recessed and smooth decorative stripe in white color around each of these windows. There is a simple eaves cornice under the eaves .
The side of the house facing Pritzerber Hauptstrasse has a smooth cornice between the basement and the attic. In the basement there are two panels , a window and another panel of the same size as the windows on the front of the house. The blinds and the window have the same frame-like white bottles . The outer sills of the windows can also be found on the panels. Three windows of different sizes were installed in the attic. Here, too, you can find the bottles around the window. There is only a small window under the opposite gable of the house. An extension and a wall were built on the building in the basement. The roof of the house is a half-hip roof and was covered with beaver tails .
In addition to the house, the old stables in the courtyard, made of half-timbered and red clinker bricks, are also under monument protection. These are covered with a dark corrugated iron .
