career

Tedesco came to Mexico in 1956 , where he first played for the CD Zacatepec , with which he won the Mexican Cup twice and the Mexican Football Championship and the Supercup once .

In the league round of his first season in 1956/57 , he scored both goals for a 2-1 victory against the great sporting rival of those days, León FC , who the Cañeros faced three times in a row in the cup final between 1957 and 1959 (of which they won two) . He also got three hits on the way to the cup triumph of the 1956/57 season .

In the 1957/58 season he won the championship title with the Cañeros, who were almost relegated in the previous season, and the cup competition again in his last season with the green-whites ( 1958/59 ).

After the 1958/59 season, Tedesco moved to league rivals CD Irapuato .

After finishing his professional career, Tedesco stayed in Mexico, where he ran his own restaurant called Che Genaro’s in Colonia Roma , a district not far from the center of Mexico City . He currently makes a living making chimichurri , which he sells to various restaurants.
