Copa México 1958/59

The Copa MX 1958/59 was the 17th edition of the football - cup competition since the introduction of professional football in Mexico . The tournament was played after the league round of the 1958/59 season. Only the 14 teams that were represented in the country's top division in the same season were eligible to participate . The winner was the CD Zacatepec team , which won the cup competition this season for the second time since 1957 and was in the final for the third time in a row. There she met Club León in all three cases , which was able to prevail in the preseason.
