The Copa México 1936/37 was a season of the Mexican football cup Copa México . Cup winners were for the fifth time the team of CF Asturias , which prevailed in the final against Club América , for which it was the first participation in the final. The cup tournament was held after the league round of the 1936/37 season and, like this, was played exclusively by teams from Mexico City .
