Georg Bloss

Georg Bloss (born November 4, 1918 in Nuremberg , † September 11, 1999 in Munich ) was a German senior official and trade unionist.

After attending secondary school, Bloss was a candidate for civil service and passed the exam for higher non-technical administrative service before serving in the war for four years. From 1946 to 1955 he headed the food and economic office at the district office in Fürth , then the housing and refugee office and the district building office. From 1955 to 1971 he then headed the passport and immigration office of the Munich district office . After he was initially deputy chairman, he was chairman of the main staff council in the State Ministry of the Interior from 1971 to 1978 . At the Association of Bavarian State Administration Officials in the Bavarian Association of Officials (BBB) ​​he was a member of the main board from 1952 and was chairman from 1963 to 1978. From 1967 he was also a member of the main board of the BBB and was deputy chairman from 1972 to 1983. From 1962 to 1971 he was deputy chairman, from 1971 to 1978 chairman of the Bund Deutscher Verwaltungsbeamter in the German Association of Officials . There he was also a member of the main board. From 1978 to 1983 he was a member of the Bavarian Senate .
