Georg Chalupa (born November 1, 1984 in Mautern an der Donau ) is a former Austrian handball player .

Career

The 1.82 meter tall and 78 kilogram back player was under contract with UHK Krems until 2015 . For the UHK Krems he took part in the 2005/06 and 2008/09 seasons in the EHF Challenge Cup , in 2006/07 in the EHF Cup and in 2010/11 in the European Cup Winners' Cup. After the 2014/15 season , Chalupa ended his career as a player.

During his playing days he was part of the extended squad of the Austrian national team .
