Georg Christoph Dahme

Georg Christoph Dahme (born October 8, 1737 in Jeinsen ; † June 21, 1803 ) was a German Lutheran theologian and general superintendent.

Life

Dahme attended the Lyceum in Hanover and studied theology at the University of Göttingen . In 1767 he became a preacher in the Hamburg congregation on Trinity Lane in London. In 1776 he became the first pastor in Clausthal and general superintendent of the General Diocese of Grubenhagen and in the Harz Mountains , in 1792 he became the first pastor at the St. Marien church in Celle and general superintendent of the General Diocese of Lüneburg-Celle .
