Georg Daßler

Georg Daßler , also Dassler , (born June 3, 1922 ; † April 1978 ) was a German lawyer and local politician ( CSU ).

Life

Daßler studied law and in 1950 at the University of Erlangen with the dissertation topic The legal history of the development bambergischen town of Herzogenaurach to doctor of law doctorate . He then worked as a lawyer in Herzogenaurach .

Daßler joined the CSU in 1952. From 1958 to 1972 he was District Administrator of the district Höchstädt ad Aisch . After its dissolution as part of the district reform, he became district administrator of the newly formed district of Erlangen-Höchstadt in 1972 . He remained in office until his death in April 1978, which was then taken over by member of the state parliament, Franz Krug .

In Herzogenaurach the Dr.-Daßler-Strasse and in Hemhofen the Dr.-Georg-Daßler-Strasse were named after him.
