Georg Hengstberger (born September 26, 1884 in Oberkochen near Aalen , † December 5, 1952 in Böblingen ) was a Württemberg lawyer and politician .

Life

Hengstberger studied law at the University of Tübingen from 1902 to 1907 . During his studies he became a member of the royal society Roigel in 1902 . From 1911 he worked as a lawyer in Böblingen . After participating in the First World War , Hengstberger became a member of the German Democratic Party for the state constitutional assembly of Württemberg in 1919 . After leaving, he returned to his practice as a lawyer. After the Second World War , Hengstberger was one of the founders of the Democratic People's Party in Böblingen , and in 1945 he became mayor there. From 1946 until his death in 1952, he served as district administrator of the district of Böblingen operates.
