Georg Miesgang
Georg Miesgang (born April 2, 1920 in Munich ; † July 1987 ) was a German lawyer and local politician ( CSU ).
Career
After studying law, Miesgang was district manager of the CSU in Upper Bavaria from 1946. Between 1952 and 1966 he practiced as a lawyer in Munich and Burghausen . In 1966 he was elected 1st Mayor of Burghausen and remained in office until 1984. He did not run for the local elections in 1984 due to illness.
