George Schbamer

Georgeerschbamer (* 1954 ) is an American film and television director and screenwriter.

Life

Erschbamer began his work in the film business in the field of special effects . He was involved in films such as Rambo (1982) and Der stählerne Adler II (1988) as well as several episodes of the Airwolf series.

In 1987 he made his debut as a director and directed an episode of Airwolf . He then shot the Snake Eater film series with Lorenzo Lamas in the lead role. Direct-to-video productions followed in the 1990s, and at the end of the decade he turned to television. He shot several episodes of the series The New Addams Family . In the 2000s, he mainly directed television films. For the film Phantom Town (1997) he is often named as co-director on the side of Jeff Burr .

Since the mid-1990s, Verschbamer has also worked as a producer and screenwriter. His first film, in which he was involved in both functions, is The Power of Violence from 1995. He then wrote the scripts for some films, which he also directed himself.
