Georges Badin

Georges Badin (born March 13, 1927 in Céret , Département Pyrénées-Orientales ; † November 23, 2014 ibid) was a French poet and painter .

Georges Badin initially devoted himself to writing and published, among others, at Mercure de France and Les Cahiers du Sud . He later switched to painting; His focus was on large-scale paintings and artist books , on the design of which he worked with the poets Georges-Emmanuel Clancier , Robert Marteau , Michel Butor and Jacqueline Risset .

Georges Badin lived and worked in his hometown.
