Georges Baron Holvoet (born August 16, 1874 - April 23, 1964 ) was a Belgian lawyer, diplomat and politician.

At the age of 21 he received his doctorate in law. In 1911 he became a public prosecutor , in 1922 a public prosecutor at the Belgian Court of Cassation . In 1923 he was appointed governor of the province of Antwerp , one of the five provinces of Flanders . As the person in charge, he organized the world exhibition " Exposition internationale " in Antwerp in 1930 . He was also President of the Institut de Médecine Tropicale in Antwerp.

Georges Holvoet was special envoy for the Belgian kings Albert I and Leopold III. From 1945 to 1950 he was head of the cabinet of Prince Regent Karl of Belgium .

He was a member of the Catholic student associations KDStV Bavaria Bonn in the CV and KAV Lovania Löwen .
