Georgi Schukow ( Dutch Georgi Zjoekov , Russian Гео́ргий Жу́ков ; born November 19, 1994 in Semei , Kazakhstan ) is a Belgian - Kazakh football player who is under contract with Kairat Almaty .

Career

society

Zhukov began his career at the Belgian club Beerschot AC . He made his professional football debut on November 18, 2012 against Sporting Lokeren , when he came on for Guillaume François in the 76th minute. After playing three games for Beerschot, he moved to Standard Liège in 2013 .

For the 2014 season he was loaned to FK Astana in Kazakhstan. In 2016 he was signed by the Russian first division club Ural Yekaterinburg .

National team

Zhukov played three games for the Belgian U-19 national team . Then he decided to play for the Kazakh Federation and was used in the squad of the Kazakh U-21 national team . He played his first game for Kazakhstan on January 25, 2014 against Belarus; it ended in a 4-1 defeat for Kazakhstan. He made his first appearance in the senior national team on March 31, 2015 in a friendly against Russia (0-0).
