Gerasimos I (Constantinople)

Gerasimos (* 13th century; † April 19, 1321 ) was Patriarch of Constantinople (1320-1321).

Life

Gerasimos came from Philadelphia in Lydia . He became hegumen (abbot) of St. George's Monastery in the Imperial Mangana Palace in Constantinople .

On March 21, 1320 he was ordained Patriarch of Constantinople. He died on April 19, 1321.
