Gerd-Joachim von Fallois

Gerd-Joachim von Fallois (* 1961 in Koblenz ) is a German journalist.

Life

After graduating from high school, he did military service with PSV Battalion 800 in the Oberharz barracks in Clausthal-Zellerfeld . Between 1983 and 1985 he completed a traineeship at Norddeutscher Rundfunk . From 1985 he studied political science at the Rheinische Friedrich-Wilhelms-Universität Bonn and completed his Magister Artium in 1991. During this time he was both a freelance and a permanent employee at several public broadcasters. From 1992 he worked as a presenter, correspondent and head of duty at n-tv . Since 2002 he has been working as a correspondent for the station Phoenix in the ARD capital studio.

Fallois is married, has two children and lives in Berlin.
