Gerd Krämer (politician, 1951)

Gerd Krämer (* 1951 ) is a German politician ( non-party ). From 2002 to 2015 he was District Administrator of the Schleswig-Holstein district of the Duchy of Lauenburg .

After training in administration, he first worked as a civil servant for the Federal Border Police . In 1990 he became head of the city of Lauenburg / Elbe , and in 1992 he was mayor of Schwarzenbek . On February 27, 2002, as a non-party candidate from the CDU and FDP , Krämer won the first direct election of a district administrator in the Duchy of Lauenburg and succeeded Günter Kröpelin , who had headed the district administration for 27 years. After a change in the law abolished the direct election of the district administrator in 2009, Krämer was re-elected district administrator on 10 December 2009 by the district council of the Duchy of Lauenburg. He was disabled from September 2013 and was represented by Norbert Brackmann . In 2015, Christoph Mager (CDU) was elected prematurely as his successor.

Krämer is a member of the supervisory board of E.ON Hanse AG.
