Gerhard Kritzler

Gerhard Kritzler (born September 7, 1934 in Freudenberg ; † August 26, 2013 ) was a German entrepreneur.

Life

Kritzler studied mechanical engineering at the Technical University in Darmstadt . During his studies in 1954 he became a member of the Darmstadt fraternity Frisia . From 1961 Gerhard Kritzler worked for Apparatebau Rothemühle in Wenden-Rothemühle . He became co-partner and managing director in 1971 and accompanied the medium-sized company until he was 65.

He volunteered as chairman of the support association for the new cemetery chapel in Freudenberg and chairman of the air sports club at Hünsborn airfield .

Honors

  • 1990: Cross of Merit on ribbon
  • 2012: Plaque of honor of the city of Freudenberg
  • 2017: Renaming of the large multifunctional room in the Freudenberg Technology Museum to "Gerhard Kritzler-Saal".
