Gerhard Spannbauer
Gerhard Spannbauer (born September 19, 1964 near Stuttgart ) is a German author and entrepreneur from Gauting .
Life
Spannbauer was born into a Swabian working-class family. After attending secondary school, Spannbauer completed vocational training as a carpenter . From 1999 to 2014 he marketed garage properties as managing director of Spannbauer Garagen GmbH. The company went bankrupt on December 3, 2014.
According to his own statements, Spannbauer began to deal with the fiat money system and the US real estate bubble from around 2005/2006 . He is convinced that the “debt pyramid” will collapse. He published several books with Kopp Verlag .
Spannbauer ran an Internet shop for crisis prevention, on which he advised to prepare for a severe economic crisis by purchasing emergency food and weapons for self-defense, in order to be able to survive for a year without water and electricity if necessary. After the divorce from his wife Elisabeth ("Sissi"), this online shop is now owned by his ex-wife.
