Germain Nelzy
Germain Nelzy (born August 4, 1934 in Case-Pilote ; † December 15, 2012 ) was a French sprinter who specialized in the 400-meter run .
In the 4 x 400 meter relay he was sixth at the European Athletics Championships in Belgrade in 1962 and eighth at the 1964 Olympic Games in Tokyo.
In 1962 he became French champion with his personal best of 47.1 s.
