comment

After the German Grand Prix has not been held since 2012, the DBU will restart this tournament series in 2018. Three grands prix will be played. At the end, points are awarded depending on the placement. The three best points after three tournaments qualify for the German Championship 2018. Thus, the qualification tournament that was held annually in Witten is not applicable.

The winner of the first German Grand Prix 2018 was Lukas Stamm from Berlin. In the game in the semifinals against Michael Puse, he achieved two tournament records. Frank Sudar from Heilbronn surprisingly made it to the final. He won in the semifinals against the more highly rated Berlin Cengiz Karaca. Michael Puse from Munich also achieved a very good performance.
