Gert-Jan Bruggink (born March 17, 1981 in Weerselo ) is a Dutch show jumper . His first major success was fifth place with the team at the 2002 World Equestrian Games in Jerez de la Frontera. At the 2004 Olympic Games in Athens, he finished fourth with the Dutch team. In the individual ranking he came in 30th.

Since November 2008 he has been living with his partner Pia-Luise Aufrecht in Weerselo, the Netherlands. Both have a daughter born in July 2013 and a son born in March 2017.
