Gert Kilbert

Gert Kilbert (born September 21, 1965 ) is a former Swiss middle -distance runner who specialized in the 800-meter distance .

In 1987 he was seventh at the European Athletics Indoor Championships in Liévin and reached the quarter-finals at the World Athletics Championships in Rome . The following year he won bronze at the European Indoor Championships in Budapest in 1988 .

From 1985 to 1987 he was Swiss champion three times in a row, 1987 and 1988 national champion in the hall.
