Gert Rossberg

Gert Roßberg (born November 25, 1932 in Münchhof / Döbeln district ; † January 4, 2016 ) was a German politician ( SPD ).

After graduating from high school, Roßberg studied economics and social sciences at the University of Hamburg and passed the state examination. He was a consultant for political youth education at work and life , head of studies, deputy director of the Akademie Sankelmark and director of the adult education center in Flensburg.

In 1959 Roßberg joined the SPD, where he was chairman of the SPD district association in Flensburg from 1971 to 1987 . From 1987 to 1992 he sat for the Landtag constituency of Flensburg-West as a directly elected member of the Landtag of Schleswig-Holstein .
