The label was founded in 2002 by Groove Magazine boss Thomas Koch and the two producer teams MANDY (Patrick Bodmer and Philipp Jung), Booka Shade (Walter Merziger and Arno Kammermeier) and the producer Peter Hayo.
successes
The English dance magazine DJ Mag voted it "Label of the year" in 2005. The American magazine XLR8R dedicated a cover story to the label. According to information Get Physical Music rated at digital music stores beatport .com, and iTunes Samims Maxi of the most selling labels in 2005.
