Ghofrane Mohamed (born June 6, 1989 in Aleppo ) is a Syrian athlete .

The 400-meter hurdler came in sixth at the 2005 World Youth Championships . At the Junior World Championships in 2006 she was seventh with a personal best of 57.42 s. In 2012 Mohamed took part in the indoor world championships for active athletes, where she eliminated over 60 m hurdles in the preliminary run. In the same year she started at the Olympic Games in London . There she was tested positive for methylhexanamine during the doping control and was banned for six months. In 2015 she finished sixth at the Asian Championships . Then she took part in the 2015 World Championships , where she was eliminated in the preliminary stages.
