Ghosts of Cité Soleil is a documentary film about the grievances in the slum Cité Soleil in the Haitian capital Port-au-Prince . Director Asger Leth focuses mainly on the living conditions of the two brothers Winson alias "2Pac" and James alias "Bily". Each of the two is the leader of a gang of so-called "Chimères" who control entire districts by force of arms.
