Gigi Ballista
Gigi Ballista (actually Luigi Ballista , born December 1, 1918 in Florence , † August 2, 1980 in Rome ) was an Italian actor .
Life
Ballista worked as a journalist after graduating in law and then worked in advertising. In the 1960s he switched to acting after he had taken on a role for Vittorio Caprioli in 1963 in his part of an episode film. This turn became final after a leading role for Pietro Germi two years later; Now he played numerous character roles in which he often embodied comical people with a memorable, because unusual voice - on the screen as well as on the screen.
