Gilbert Yegon (born January 26, 1988 ) is a Kenyan long-distance runner who specializes in road running.

In his first international season in 2009, he was twelfth in the Berlin half marathon in 1:01:26 h. On his debut over the 42.195 km distance , he surprisingly won the Amsterdam Marathon in 2:06:18 hours, breaking the course record set by Haile Gebrselassie four years earlier.
