The Gindelalmschneid is a 1,335 m high mountain in the Bavarian Prealps east of the Tegernsee . The summit lies on the ridge that runs east from the Neureuth . It can be easily reached from Neureuth in around 45 minutes. Alternatively, you can reach the Gindelalmschneid from Schliersee via the Gindelalm .
Below the ridge are three managed alpine huts.
