Gintaras Valiukonis

Gintaras Valiukonis (* 1955 ) is a Lithuanian lawyer, lawyer , former politician and deputy minister .

Life

After graduating from high school he attended from 1974 to 1979, the graduate study of physics at the Vilniaus universitetas (VU) and 1986 postgraduate at the Institute of Semiconductor Physics of Lietuvos mokslų akademija . He got a doctorate in science . From 1992 to 1996 he studied law at the VU. He then worked as a management consultant and director in his company UAB “Verslo raktas”. His clients included AB “ Mažeikių nafta ”, AB “ Būtingės nafta ”, AB “ Lietuvos energija ”, “ Snaigė ”, Rytų skirstomieji tinklai , Ignalinos atominė elektrinė and other large companies. In 2010 he was Vice Minister at the Ministry of Health of Lithuania . Since 2011 he has been a lawyer in the law firm "SPES" in Vilnius .

Valiukonis is a widow and has two children.
