Giovanni Robbiano

Giovanni Robbiano (born November 25, 1958 in Genoa ) is an Italian screenwriter and film director .

Life

After studying in Bologna and completing his training at Columbia University in New York City, Robbiano made short films in the 1990s, which was followed by his debut film, Figurine , in which he processed childhood memories from the 1960s according to his own script. After a few books for other directors, 500 followed ! , for which he had now also taken over the production. Although only listed in a limited number of copies, the work was particularly well received in the home region of Robbiano.
