The Giovinco Piedmont Glacier is a 16 km wide foreland glacier on the Dufek coast of the Antarctic Ross Dependency.It slopes gently between the Canyon Glacier and the Perez Glacier in a northerly direction towards the Ross Ice Shelf .
The Advisory Committee on Antarctic Names named him in 1966 after Frank A. Giovinco (1915-1972), captain of the USNS Private John R. Towle in Operation Deep Freeze in 1965.
