2006

The 17th Giro d'Italia Femminile took place from June 30th to July 9th, 2006. The winner Edita Pučinskaitė from Lithuania before Nicole Brändli and Susanne Ljungskog .

2007

The 18th Giro d'Italia Femminile took place from July 6th to July 14th 2007. It leads over 871 km in 8 stages plus the prologue over 3 km. 19 teams with 8 drivers per team took part. Edita Pučinskaitė won the prologue. Nicole Brändli won ahead of Joane Somarriba and Edita Pučinskaitė in the overall standings.

2008

The 19th Giro d'Italia Femminile took place from July 1st to July 10th, 2008. It led over 10 stages. 16 teams with 8 drivers per team took part. The winner Fabiana Luperini before Amber Neben and Claudia Häusler .

2009

The 20th Giro d'Italia Femminile took place from July 3rd to July 12th, 2009. He led over 916 km in 8 stages plus the prologue over 2.5 km. Claudia Häusler won ahead of Mara Abbott and Nicole Brändli in the overall standings. The mountain classification was won by Mara Abbott in front of Nicole Brändli and Claudia Häusler.
