Gisela Burkhardt-Holicki

Gisela Burkhardt-Holicki , b. Gisela Wolff , (born May 17, 1953 in Halle (Saale) ) is a German economist and former local politician for Die Linke .

In 1983 she completed her doctorate at the Technical University of Leuna-Merseburg with a dissertation on Problems and Possible Solutions for Long-Term Basic Fund Reproduction Decisions of the Combines in the field of social infrastructure . In 1989 she presented her dissertation B on the topic of the circulation and turnover of funds in socialist industrial companies and combines . She works as a professor for investment and finance at the Harz University of Applied Sciences . From 2009 to 2014 she was a member of the Wernigerode City Council for the Die Linke party and held the position of Vice President.

She is the widow of Armin Holicki and the mother of two children. Since 2012 she has had the double name Burkhardt-Holicki.
