Gisleno Veneri

Gisleno Veneri (born September 21, 1844 in San Marcello , Marken , † November 15, 1937 ) was a Roman Catholic Archbishop .

On May 23, 1887, Veneri was called to be Bishop of Acquapendente , Italy. Veneri held this office for over 30 years until he resigned on December 15, 1919.

On the same day (December 15, 1919) he was called to be Titular Archbishop of Darnis in Egypt . He thus became the successor to Joseph Weber .

Archbishop Gisleno Veneri died in 1937 at the age of 93.
