Giuliano Vettorato

Giuliano Vettorato (born August 18, 1973 in Bolzano ) is an Italian politician.

biography

Vettorato is a professional manager in the private sector. In 2010 he was elected for the first time for the Lega Nord in the municipal council of Laives ; after his re-election in 2015, he took over the areas of environment, energy and sport as city councilor. In the state elections in 2018 , Vettorato won a mandate for the South Tyrolean state parliament and, at the same time, the regional council of Trentino-South Tyrol with 3001 preferential votes . As a result, he was elected to the South Tyrolean provincial government , in which he acts as the second deputy governor and in the Kompatscher II cabinet he oversees the departments of Italian education, Italian culture, energy and the environment.
