Giuseppe Maio

Giuseppe Maio (born 1970 in San Fele ) is an Italian author and director of numerous German-language radio plays and radio features .

Life

Giuseppe Maio grew up as a guest worker child in southern Germany. He graduated from high school and studied modern German literature and philosophy in Freiburg and Berlin . Since 1999 he has been working as a radio play and feature author and director for several broadcasters on ARD and Deutschlandradio.

Giuseppe Maio occasionally acts as a moderator at the Berlin radio play festival, which has been held annually since 2010 .

Giuseppe Maio has lived in Berlin for many years.
